Creator Honors 2024 - Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
- All creators across the category of food are eligible to apply.
- Submissions must adhere to the specified process and guidelines mentioned under “Submission Guidelines”.
Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be original works created and posted by the applicant on their social media handles. It can be a brand collaboration or a personal video, the choice is on the applicant.
- The submissions need to be made through the Uptrendly app. All applicants will have to register to the app and link their social media account.
- Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may be disqualified.
Judging Process:
- Entries will be evaluated by a panel of industry experts.
- The judges' decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the results.
Usage of Submissions:
- By submitting an entry, applicants grant permission for the use of their work for promotional and documentation purposes related to Creator Honors.
Rights and Ownership:
- Creators retain ownership rights to their submitted works.
- By entering, creators grant Uptrendly the right to use their names and likeness for promotional purposes.
Publicity:
- Finalists and winners may be featured in pre and post-event publicity materials.
- All social media posts will need to be tagged to our social media handles.
Cancellation or Modification:
- Uptrendly reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the event in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Disqualification:
- Any violation of the terms and conditions may result in disqualification.
By submitting an entry to Creator Honors, applicants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Uptrendly reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to applicants through official channels.
